My Thoughts: This is the app I've been waiting for… I LOVE the guided daily planning & wrap upwards rituals, likewise as the fashion information technology allows me to hands timebox & track my daily tasks. I peculiarly appreciate this company's focus on helping their customers learn how to build good for you, realistic, and sustainable habits and routines. They even take a piffling notification that pops upward and tells y'all if yous're trying to squeeze too many tasks into your calendar.

My thoughts: I really like this app! Although it's still in its infancy, it'southward easy to utilize and the content is excellent. I love the daily modules, mini journaling, alive Q&As, and the community discussions. I as well appreciate that information technology was created by people with ADHD who are clearly committed to creating a positive user experience. One of the founders personally interviewed me most my user experience a couple weeks after I starting time joined.

Todoist – To do lists & tasks

Description: Available on whatsoever device, Todoist will apace become your hub for getting work and life organized. Regain clarity and calmness by getting all those tasks out of your head and onto your to-do list (no affair where you are or what device you apply).

My Thoughts: I tin can't live without this app. There's a fleck of a learning curve (similar whatever new tool), just their customer service & blog are both super helpful. I use the Pro version so I tin collaborate with my married man on shared "projects." We apply this app for pretty much everything–grocery shopping, packing lists, discussions we want to remember to have, etc. It's great for to-practice lists, as well every bit projection direction.

PLANNERS

Panda Planner (Paper)

Panda planner is part calendar, office gratitude journal, part planner, part schedule, part goal planner, part life organizer, all productivity. Combines principles of positive psychology and neuroscience to help you lot become happier and more productive over time.

Rocketbook: Panda Planner (Newspaper + Digital)

Rocketbook created a reusable version of the Panda Planner that is a full game changer. Comes with a microfiber fabric & Pilot FriXion pen. Information technology contains the standard monthly, weekly, and daily planning pages, quarterly goal setting pages, and extra blank pages for notes. All of the pages are erasable (must use a Pilot FriXion pen) and syncs with the Rocketbook app to upload images of your calendars and notes to the cloud (syncs with Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.).

Google Calendar (Digital)

Google Calendar is my second encephalon. I fought using Google agenda for years, simply the reality is that most people employ it both personally and professionally. Practise yourself a favor and switch to Google Calendar if you haven't already. It syncs well with most all phones and computers. I use this app in combination with my Apple watch and iPhone to go along track of my daily appointments.
